Ellen Clark is an Associate Broker with over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. She has consistently been a Listing and Sales Leader since 1996. She is Relocation Certified and focuses her business on working with bother sellers and buyers. Ellen is a Virginia native who has lived in the Richmond area for the last 40 years.


Patricia Clark is a licensed Buyer's Agent for The Ellen Clark Team. She has been with us for the past four years and has experience in all facets of the real estate business, including marketing, transactions and closings. Patricia is a Richmond Area native.


Jennifer Mulligan is also a licensed Buyer's Agent. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech and has an extensive background in sales and marketing. Before becoming an agent, she worked as the Transaction Coordinator for The Ellen Clark Team, and she has been a huge asset to the team and our clients. She is also a Richmond Area native.



Lin Malkus is our Licensed Transaction Coordinator, bringing real estate and customer service experience to the table. She facilitates the details of the contract process from execution to closing. Originally from the Midwest, Lin currently lives in Chesterfield County with her husband and two sons.
